Loading and unloading of fluid ingredients from trucks, cleaning of tanks, lines and silos. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter * Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. * Cleaning of tanks and lines. * Loading and unloading of fluid ingredients in the trucks. * Connection and disconnection of pipe lines/ elbows. * Cleaning of the tops of tankers. * Verify milk weight, maintain department paperwork. * Screen loads for antibiotics. * Responsbile for maintaining CIP system with the proper concentrations. * Maintain communication with cheese makers to verify milk flow.
