Performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical theory, principals and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Maintains electrical systems and equipment to keep them in optimal working order. Must be able to read electrical drawing, own basic tools, and be willing to secure additional tools as needed. Proven history troubleshooting electrical systems with knowledge of PLC's required. Must possess a Michigan Journey Electrician License or Journeyman Card from a sponsored apprenticeship program. The person awarded this position must obtain a State of Michigan Journeyman License within one year of employment
