Systems Administrator I

We're searching for a full time Systems Administrator I who will play a crucial role in maintaining our core systems and providing outstanding IT support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support both internal and external users by monitoring and troubleshooting core and member delivery systems.

  • Manage asset inventory, perform software updates, and maintain secure systems.

  • Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues via phone, online, and in person.

  • Assist in maintaining IT procedures and uphold security standards.

  • Associate's degree or higher in Network Administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 1-2 years of systems administration experience, ideally within financial services.
