[[Serve as an escalation point for the Level 1 Command Center and Level 2 technology operations teams. Provide Level 3 escalation and on-call support for in-house developed software and third-party products for a large global distributed environment. Perform proactive health and hygiene tasks to maintain operational stability and compliance for risk and control programs. Design, develop, deploy and monitor SharePoint on premises and online environments. Develop custom applications to perform governance and monitoring. Develop Governance portals and Admin Dashboards for managing SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer platforms. Integrate Microsoft 365 environments with firm software during acquisitions and business-as-usual, and migrate the contents between SharePoint and OneDrive.
