As our Full Time Lawn Care and Pest Control Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch customer service and satisfaction.

You'll have the chance to elevate our team by coaching and developing specialists, conducting training programs, and supervising technicians to meet service goals. With responsibilities ranging from interviewing and selecting personnel to maintaining a positive work environment focused on excellence and safety, you'll be driving success and fostering a culture of teamwork. Your attention to detail and ability to lead by example will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and efficiency within our service function.

Requirements for this Lawn Care and Pest control Operations Manager

• High School Graduate
• Three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care treatments such as lawn fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control treatments, fungicide treatments, pest control applications.
• 3+ years of supervisory management experience required
• Certificates licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law
• Valid permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards are required.
• Current liability auto insurance required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card. Must be 21 years of age by date of hire.
• Experience with repair and maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Proficient with Google sheets or similar software.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
