Job Description

Our client is looking for a strong Lead Quality Assurance & Automation Competence individual to be responsible for the following tasks:

 Lead test automation engineers to ensure Software quality in a modern, automated fashion

 Design a test & report strategy as part of CI/CD for the entire product portfolio

 Develop test concepts including test data and infrastructure for all stages of the development cycle

 Ensure smart tracking of test plans, runs, execution results and identified defects

 Provide trainings on QA topics

 Support pre-sales activities with QA know-how

 Collaborate closely with agile Software development teams and operations

 Manage E2E testing and support Test Managers to plan, coordinate and execute E2E testing in projects

 Define and manage KPIs on quality per product and the overall system

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years professional Quality Assurance and Automation Competence experience

• Management or leadership experience technically leading/teaching test engineers

• Design a test & report strategy as part of CI/CD for the entire product portfolio

• Develop test concepts for full SDLC

• Scripting experience (preferred: Python, Javascipt, VBScript)

• Experience with automation tools and frameworks: jMeter, TestNG, TestRail, RobotFramework, Cucumber, Selenium, SQLite, REST Assured

• Understanding of webservices (SOAP, REST) and database systems (SQL)

• Confidence using these tools and platforms: Docker, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift, Ansible, etc.

• Agile methodology experience within Jira and Confluence null
