Job Description

To refine this PM position description, we would like to suggest a candidate with a support service background i.e., an Operations Support type of project manager. This resource is a crucial link between the Support, Professional Services, and Technology teams, requiring patience, effective communication, coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Be proactive to learn the Firco Insight product and its many moving parts is important. Taking ownership and driving all activities related to customer deployment, incoming issues for technology resolution, and vulnerabilities remediation. This is a contract position with the opportunity to convert full time. The hourly rate for this role is between $65-79/hr.

Operations manager or support management experience with PM responsibilities

Experience managing scrum teams

Release management experience

Devops Cybersecurity certifications are nice to have but not required null
