Develop, enhance, maintain, test and document software engineering self-service tools and software systems in health or human services field; Apply lean methodology and tools, including value analysis, process mapping, and statistical process control; Apply project mgmt principles and methodology; Lead engg solutions for scaling environments and analyzing and altering programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new reqs; Lead engg solutions focused on debugging, monitoring, configuring, and tuning application/platform stacks; Design, develop and implement continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines and automation; Implement best Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices to align w/ IT business goals while managing risks and meeting all industry and govt regulations. REQS: Bachelors in Software Engg.; Prior exp must include: 6 yr exp w/ demonstrating clear understanding of automation and orchestration principles; w/ partnering w/ dev teams in defining and implementing improvements in service arch; w/ end-to-end config, technical dependencies and behavioral characteristics of production svcs; w/ end-to-end performance and ops; w/ designing mission criticalstacks; w/ Oracle Cloud Service portfolio; 2 yr exp w/using and administrating Oracle database server or comparable database or sys admin; w/working w/ High Availability products and strategy w/working w/ C, C++, JAVA,SQL,PL/SQL, UNIX, Linux, and Windows OS; w/resolving database issues involving Data Guard and Failsafe, Backup and Recovery, Recovery Manager (RMAN), and Data Corruption.
