What You'll Do......
● Ensure that all designs are completed in accordance with customer specifications. ● Provide training for employees working within the department. ● Professionally represent Prince Telecom in virtual meeting ● Identify performance issues and report said issues to direct leadership. ● Review MSO QC related issues and implement corrections needed into designs. ● Must be able to read blueprints and fiber prints. ● Communicate effectively with other team members and management. ● Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Have.....
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of AT&T plant and OSP placement standards preferred
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Computer proficiency with Google, Excel and Word.
