Sales Executive, Senior

What does a great Sales Executive do at Fiserv?

As a Sales Executive at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our customer strategic goals in the ePayments business group. You will have the opportunity to work on new product development projects, adding to the dynamic nature of the position. This role requires self-starters who can problem-solve and think strategically alongside our clients. You will collaborate with Account Executives to address operational and strategic needs, while also cultivating and enhancing client relationships. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving resolution to internal and external issues, utilizing influence, collaboration, and leadership behavior. Additionally, you will contribute to the sales of add-on products and services, supporting clients through the sales cycle and into implementation. Demonstrating the value of our partnership, you will provide clients with industry best practices, strategic input, and measurement data such as ROIs and program performance updates.

What You Will Do:

  • Proactively manage the operational requirements of the ePayments client base, ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support.

  • Establish and plan a functional vision for assignments, managing the delivery of contracted services to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs.

  • Build and maintain operational relationships with clients, contributing to client satisfaction with service delivery.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account planning and support the sales of add-on products and services.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives between Fiserv and clients.

  • Prepare and deliver operational Account Reviews and performance reporting, focusing on service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs.

  • Participate in implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.

  • Provide day-to-day advice and support to operational teams and subcontractors, coordinating efforts to meet client needs.

What You Will Need To Have:

  • High school education required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Account or client management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of the application and financial industry as it pertains to the assigned client base.

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer support experience, with previous financial services industry experience being a plus.

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the banking industry and bank operations.

  • Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.

What Would Be Great To Have:

  • Aptitude for technology and analysis tools.

  • Excellent relationship building skills.

  • Familiarity with ePayments or electronic billing and payments.

  • Experience in sales or business development within the financial services industry.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial technology.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
