Public Partnerships LLC System Administrator 1 - Alpharetta, GA in Alpharetta, Georgia

Public Partnerships LLC supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, to remain in their homes and communities and “self-direct” their own long-term home care. Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.  We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains day to day O365, SharePoint, Jira and other IT internal support resources of Corporate Systems with team members

  • Maintains and provides support for PPL’s Enterprise level infrastructure and core systems.

  • Serves as an escalation point for lower-level System Administrators and will provide level 2-3 user support and helpdesk requests.

  • Provides support and customer service to associates using company supported computer applications and platforms to ensure maximum uptime and access to software applications.

  • Troubleshoots problems and advises on the appropriate action.

  • Ensures that all internal IT delivery projects adhere to the lifecycle process.

Required Skills:

  • LAN Networking hardware management, configuration, protocols, and basic troubleshooting

  • Daily systems/security logs reviews and analyses

  • Understanding of network, endpoint, and application security

  • Daily exposure to TCP/IP including DNS, ADFS, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, Telnet

  • Working with Windows Active Directory, Azure, ADFS, SAML

  • Supporting and troubleshooting cloud Hybrid environments: Azure

  • Answer inquiries relating to IT department policies and procedures.

  • Assist with Installation and test the operational quality of system equipment to include software, hardware devices and network connectivity.

  • Participates in team meetings to discuss and evaluate current projects.

  • Other functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelors in computer science, MIS, or related field.

3+ years in IT management and/or system administration

Working Conditions:

On-site at our Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.
