Assistant Payroll Administrator – Construction Office
Job Description:
Traffic Control Devices, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Payroll Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting in the processing of weekly payroll, including certified payroll for federal contracts, for a growing company.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Astrong background in certified payroll and construction payroll knowledge
Process, review and balance weekly payroll
Ensure payroll transactions are processed correctly for time, earnings and other items
Various administrative tasksincludedata entry, scanning, filing, communicating with employees, contractors, and subcontractors, providing pertinent documentation, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of LCP Tracker a plus/preferred
Proven ability to multi-task andtime management skills toconsistently meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
Must have excellent communication skills
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of most recent experience in a similar role
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Pre-Screen:

License & Certifications:
- Driver's License preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
