Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Designer Manager in Altamonte Springs, Florida, within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This role will involve leading a team of designers and senior designers and working closely with the central Florida marketing division.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 7, including 2 senior designers and 5 designers

• Collaborate with the central Florida marketing team to drive design strategies

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create and manage designs

• Create advertisements, artwork, banner ads, and brochures to promote brand awareness

• Ensure the designs align with the overall brand and marketing strategies

• Supervise and guide the design team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in the designs across various platforms

• Monitor and report on design team's performance, ensuring timely completion of projects

• Implement design standards and guidelines to maintain high quality

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques for continuous improvement. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

• Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver

• Familiarity with Adobe Flash

• Skilled in using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign

• Capable of creating effective Advertisements

• Ability to produce high-quality Artwork

• Experienced in designing Banner Ads

• Knowledgeable in promoting Brand Awareness

• Expertise in designing Brochures

• Prior experience in a managerial role in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities

• Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
