Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a hybrid setup, combining remote work flexibility with essential on-site presence. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide exceptional support and service to our employees, ensuring their HR-related inquiries and needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees' HR inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Provide accurate information and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.

• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of HR customer service experience, OR

• Associate's degree and a minimum of 4 years of HR customer service experience.

• Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in an HR customer service role.

• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
