  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to meet both current and future organizational needs.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring top talent. Partner with departmental managers to identify skills and competencies needed for various roles.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Continuously review and update policies to maintain compliance and implement best practices.
  • HR Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor on complex HR issues, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and management.
  • Data Management: Supervise the preparation and maintenance of accurate and consistent personnel records. Utilize data to drive HR decisions and reports.
  • Organizational Development: Work closely with Plant Managers on organizational planning and personnel development. Evaluate performance and support organizational changes.
  • Training and Development: Oversee and collaborate on training programs to ensure effective skill development and career growth for employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute community relations and employee engagement activities in collaboration with leadership. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest HR trends, technologies, and employment laws to drive innovation and efficiency in HR practices.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Human Resources to support organizational goals and HR initiatives.
