Role Purpose\ To inspect, repair, replace, adjust, install, wire and maintain electrical and electronic equipment in the plant or an assigned area, including power transmissions lines, transformers and related equipment. Make mechanical repairs as required in connection with electrical service.\ Core Accountabilities\ \ Provide regular scheduled electrical and/or emergency repair, installation and inspection work.\ \ Analyze various circuits and wiring diagrams to modify, service, install or perform repairs, including the dismantling, inspection, repair and adjustment of equipment.\ \ Fabricate parts using various machines and hand tools to service electrical and electronic equipment, including related piping and mechanical components.\ \ Make repairs to equipment, including generators, control panels, relays, switchboards, circuit breakers, etc.\ \ Maintains electrical or mechanical instruments.\ \ Tests, repairs and adjusts electronic scales, spectrometer and various meters.\ \ Performs electrical repairs on motors, generators, controls, transformers, etc.\ \ Assists with other maintenance, tests and repairs as needed.\ Assists with other maintenance, tests and repairs as needed.
