Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Technical Project Manager to join our clients growing FinTech firm on the security engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of security practices, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact security projects. This role will entail creating project plans and milestones to see a project through to completion, working with internal stakeholders, and continuously improving with the latest security trends and technologies.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in technical project or program management

Experience managing 3+ large-scale, complex, critical projects at a time

Background in the tech industry, ideally fintech

Strong proficiency in Jira and Agile, Scrum, and/or other project management tools

Experience working cross-functionally with many engineering teams and C-level stakeholders

BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Security or CIS project management background

PMP, CISSP, or CISM

Understanding of financial systems and processes

Understanding of security technologies and practices, such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems null
