Aerotek Maintenance Technician in American Fork, Utah
Our Client is looking for a Maintenance Technician that can join their team of Rockstar's and make an immediate impact.
Main Job Functions
Performs routine and preventative machine maintenance
Equipment repair including but not limited to electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical system troubleshooting.
Other duties as assigned
Schedule: Rotating schedule 6pm-6am (Sun-Tue; Every other Sat)
Pay : $25-30
Education
High school diploma or GED
Technical degree or certificate preferred or equivalent experience
Work Experience
1-3 years preferred in a similar position
Required Competencies
Able to perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
Demonstrates attention to detail
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
Works well in group problem solving situations
Prioritizes and uses time effectively
Contributes to building a positive team spirit
Displays professionalism
Basic comprehension, speaking, writing and reading of the English language
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide two (2) digital numbers
Demonstrates ability to report to work on time and take responsibility
Generates suggestions for improving work
Basic comprehension of computer skills such as email, Word, and Excel
Physical Requirements
This position frequently requires use of hands, hearing/listening, talking, standing, walking, bending/stooping,
climbing stairs, kneeling/squatting, balancing, reaching overhead, and pull/pushing, lifting from 10 to 50 pounds.
