AMERY HOSPITAL & CLINIC Call Center Representative Casual in AMERY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Call Center Representative at Amery Hospital & Clinic, you will answer incoming calls to accurately schedule patients using the decision tree, pre-register patients, and route incoming patient messages. The Call Center Representative will also place outgoing calls to patients on waitlists and in referral work queues, as well as relaying care team messages to patients and create/update/route telephone encounters. Successful applicants will be able to work in a call center with high call volumes and multiple distractions. Work Schedule: Casual based on department needs Required Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent. Experience in a customer service setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Completion of position related 2-year program, such as Medical Administrative Specialist or Medical Office Specialist. Minimum one year experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting or equivalent. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience in EPIC computer system.
