JOB REQUIREMENTS: Together, Amery Hospital & Clinic and Westfields Hospital & Clinic, are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to help attract and retain top-tier talent who best match our organization\'s mission and values within the HealthPartners Enterprise. The Talent Acquisition Partner is primarily responsible for finding and evaluating potential people to join our organization; placing the right person to the right job. They will oversee the full-cycle of recruitment, from talent sourcing, attracting candidates to apply, and conducting interviews to evaluating and streamlining processes and recommending recruitment strategies. This position is part of our Human Resources Department and will have a strong understanding and awareness of the organization and will partner with hiring managers to create a recruitment plan to help ensure the candidates and hiring manager have a positive experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; the ability to build rapport and quickly connect with people; persistence and determination; managing and completing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, and being able to influence and negotiate are key characteristics for success in this role. Work Schedule: 40 hrs weekly / 1.0 FTE Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; or relevant experience in lieu of degree. 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or related Human Resources (HR) experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and networking with the ability to build strong relationships quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment with the ability to complete tasks in a timely basis Business acumen; data analytics, core HR knowledge, marketing skills, and digital skills. Must be detailed oriented, technologically adept, and comfortable working with various systems, applications, and job platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft/Office 365 products, including: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in recruitment, marketing, and/or sales that includes experience marketing through social media. Previous experience working in any Enterprise level Applicant Tracking System. Benefits: This position will be hired at our Amery Hospital & Clinic.
