Jenny Bour with Robert Half is working with a growing company that is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk! This in-office role is essential in supporting the accounting department and company objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable tasks.

• Reconcile accounts through financial statements.

• Assist with accounts receivable as needed.

• Manage bank account and credit card reconciliations.

• Provide payroll support.

• Maintain accurate data entry and records management.

• Oversee the employee travel program.

• Offer administrative support to the VP of Finance.

• Handle other tasks and special projects as assigned.

  Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.

• Strong ability to handle confidential information.

• Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks.
