• Arrive to game site 15-minutes prior to scheduled start time;

• Maintain constant supervision over the crowd. Chaperones should be constantly moving and interacting with spectators in a positive manner;

• Support spectators as needed;

• Some events require set-up and break-down;

• Must wear chaperone shirt at all times when on duty;

• Abide by rules and expectations of the facility. i.e. dogs are not permitted, no food in the gymnasium;

• Chaperones must report any code of conduct violations to the Athletic Director; and

• Monitor and engage if spectators are acting inappropriately.
