Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking to hire an organized, timely, and respectful Design Engineer/Estimator with our Controls Team at our Anaheim office!

The Controls Engineer/Estimator will be responsible for the execution of assigned tasks to successful completion defined as: Sales of profitable projects, Client Relationship Development and Satisfaction, Learning and growth both Individually and Corporately.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor BID requests daily. Tasks include but not limited to:

• Scrub bid list and review project docs

• Review project docs (Spec, MEP plans, ARCH, Addenda)

• Design basic mechanical systems under DE lead

• Job Walk with lead sales as required

• Generate BID RFIs as required after lead sales review

• Size controller and cabinets based on I/O counts after DE review

• Reach out to vendors for quotes

• Reach out to vendors for equipment submittals

• Prep a system Take off based on project docs, I/O counts and equipment schedules

• Modify basic SOW template to match project scope

• Share SOW with subs once approved by lead sales

• Review and track and vendor subcontractor bids
