The ideal candidate will be responsible for execution of assigned projects to successful completion defined as: Profitable, Client Relationship Development and Satisfaction, Learning and growth both Individually and Corporately.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the daily requirements of your assigned projects. Tasks include but not limited to:

• Monthly Billing

• Coordinate and train assigned PE

• Contracts review

• Estimate and sell follow-up projects

• Budget management

• SOV’s

• Bi-Weekly Project Review

• $2-4million annual revenue

• Weekly JTD Summary upkeep

• RFI’s

• Contract Status Summary reports

• Change Order Log accuracy

• Lead BMS conversations with MC & GC

• Procure and manage Elec Subs

• CO Pricing and tracking

• Coordinate customer training and close-out

• Job walks during progress with MC and Subs

• Other tasks as assigned
