Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Senior Writer in our professional services sector. This job function is based in Anaheim, California and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Senior Writer, you will be a key contributor to our business development and marketing team, supporting the development of proposals, presentations, and company-wide communications.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and project management of proposals and presentations, ensuring accuracy and coherence.

• Handle high-stakes communication with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

• Proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and consistency of corporate voice.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for technical content development and winning strategies.

• Collaborate with diverse departments, technical experts, and customers in developing marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals for internal and external audiences.

• Translate technical content into more accessible language for specific audiences.

• Utilize various tools such as Assertion Markup Language, CRM, EO/IR systems, EXPRESS, and Facebook Insights for effective communication and project management.

• Participate in the creation and planning of advertising campaigns, blogging, brand awareness initiatives, and brochures.

• Create presentations and manage proposal content while juggling multiple projects.

Please note that proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a necessary skill for this role. Requirements

• Background in engineering, technology, science

• Ability to draft compelling proposal content

• Experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting

• Proficiency in creating presentations for various purposes and audiences.
