RandM is looking for a team-oriented Human Resources Generalist to work closely with RandMs Business Services team to administer and/or support a variety of Human Resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee record maintenance and personnel actions.

This is an in-person position in RandMs Anchorage office. The position will require occasional travel to university recruiting events in Anchorage, Fairbanks and selected Western states.

The Human Resources Generalist will be expected to actively participate and represent RandM in professional organizations (such as the Society for Human Source Management) and community activities.

The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Chief Marketing and Administrative Officer.
