Role Summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Supplier Risk & Cybersecurity Manager within Supply Chain Business Operations. This role will report to the Associate Director of Supplier Risk & Resiliency within Supply Chain Business Operations and will interface with business and functional leaders across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with Supply Chain functional teams to facilitate, manage, improve and digitize the overall risk management activities across Raytheon.

This role will be responsible for executing, managing and providing guidance on Supply Chain Cybersecurity risk management activities as it relates to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.19, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 204.73 & 204.75, and relevant policies and procedures.

This role will collaborate closely with Supply Chain functional leaders relative to Supplier Risk to understand business needs, implement improvements, and ensure the effective deployment of enterprise-wide Supply Chain solutions.

This role acts with an increased degree of independence working within the Supplier Risk team and extended Business Operations teams in planning, directing and controlling all relevant business operations related to supply chain risk activities, makes decisions on administrative, technical and operational issues and is responsible for the associated final results and effectiveness.

A successful candidate will be able to leverage the team to meet the demands of this exciting and challenging role.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide guidance and instruction on Supply Chain Risk Management initiatives including but not limited to Cybersecurity, CMMC, and Supplier Financial Risk

  • Manage Global Supply Chain Metrics related to Supply Chain Risk activities that drive informed business decisions at every level of the organization

  • Conduct status meetings, tracking and communicating program metrics related to Supply Chain risk attributable to Supply Chain Cybersecurity activities.

  • Understand business processes within Supply Chain and adjacent functions to prioritize solutions that will enable efficiency across the organization as it relates to supplier risk mitigation activities

  • Support Supply Chain personnel in providing answers to questions about CMMC certification requirements faced by our suppliers, conducting periodic training of supplier managers and education of our suppliers, who may not be familiar with the Cybersecurity and associated CMMC requirements.

  • Responsible for the change management strategy of new initiatives and process updates to ensure all Supply Chain employees receive clear concise messaging and understand intent as it relates to the Supply Chain Cybersecurity Risk Management.

  • Position must be based out of a Raytheon location in the United States. (Tucson, AZ; El Segundo, CA; Dallas, TX; Boston Area; etc)

  • Ability to travel to other Raytheon sites as needed 15% of the time.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.

  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the supplements to the FAR, and government contract procurement processes, and/or Contracts

  • Experience with Supply Chain Cybersecurity Risk Management activities - FAR Subpart 4.19, DFARS 204.73 "Safeguarding Covered Defense Information And Cyber Incident Reporting" and 204.75 "Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification" (CMMC)

  • Experience using SAP procurement systems, related reporting applications, and SC tools

  • Experience developing, utilizing and deploying performance metrics

  • Experience in leading complex projects with defined business objectives and due dates

  • Ability to obtain DOD Secret clearance

  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Subcontract Management and/or Material Program Management experience

  • Experience using SAP procurement systems, related reporting applications, and SC tools.

  • Ability to work across business areas, manage diverse tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines

  • Ability to analyze data and reports to identify issues and develop recommended courses of action to management

  • Comprehensive planning skills

  • Experience communicating with senior levels of the Company

  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
