Primary Focus

The Project Manager - QA will provide assist in supporting the ANGRC IT Help Desk Support Services by providing analysis and documentation of the short- and long-range plans and program goals, identification and interpretation of policy issues, projection of program impact. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels

  • Developing and implementing standards for inspection

  • Developing a workflow for product inspection

  • Communicating with other team members to solve problems

  • Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found

  • Develop and implement a management strategy to maintain open lines of communication.

  • Make recommendations to evaluate and enhance appropriate ANGRC processes, policies, issues, etc. to improve IT support for mission and headquarters (HQ) management needs for all directed ANGRC IT infrastructure, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software, and specified Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) software, systems, and equipment.

  • Resolve procedural issues dealing with contract deliverables across the functional areas of the contract.

  • Perform program management duties to include but not limited to:

  • Ensure program scope and deliverables are commensurate with duties outlined in the PWS

  • Deliver products on schedule and within the approved budgets for assigned projects.

  • Orally present project plans to senior leadership.

  • Serve as a communication point in response to negative customer feedback.

  • Providing a direct dialog of situational awareness to government leaders when required.

  • Inform ANGRC management of the projected and actual performance and cost variances through reports, briefings, and other regular communications (including submittal deliverables and products of the program).

  • Ensure all work under the contract complies with Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and federal regulations and procedures utilizing the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) as a guide to manage mission requirements.

  • Comply with institute management and engineering processes that comply with relevant industry standards f to include ISO 20000 and ISO 9001 series or equivalent standards.

  • The Project Manager be present for a daily insight meeting to review workday workflow activities and as required, notify, and escalate more complex issues to a change review board.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree.

  • Hold a 8570.01 IAT Level 2 certification Security ++ Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

  • Ability to act with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently to meet deadlines while establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Working Conditions

  • Professional office environment

  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time. Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.

  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.

  • Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.

  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.

Pay Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
