Job Description/Preferred Qualifications The Global Resilience Director will be responsible working across KLA to establish Resilience policies and standards including Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), Emergency Response (ER), Cyber Incident Response (CIR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Governance.

The Resilience Director will: Partner with the VP Global Resilience to develop the Resilience Standards for the company. Partner with senior leadership in the business and develop strong working relationships with global KLA corporate business leaders and locations to develop a comprehensive view of the risk and impact picture, mitigation measures and gaps to deliver robust resilience strategies. Drive and maintain a sound governance program in accordance with the KLA Global Resilience Standards that keeps all KLA's Resilience program components aligned, current, relevant, actionable, auditable, and continually improving. Provide global leadership for the implementation, and continuously optimizing, Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), Emergency Response (ER), Cyber Incident Response (CIR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) aligning to the Corporate Resilience Standards. Facilitate implementation of the Business Continuity lifecycle for critical functions, ensuring the effective development of business continuity risk assessments, business impact analyses, recovery strategies, and business continuity plans. Ensure compliance to maintenance requirements, including periodic plan reviews and exercises. Drive completion of Disaster Recovery requirements for Corporate IT Services Provide a support role on the Enterprise Crisis Management Team including, but not limited to, the reporting requirements, for the Corporate Functions during any crisis events agnostic of cause. Understand and align to associated risk escalation criteria with the partner programs, including Health, Safety and Environment, Security and Enterprise Risk Management. Review and analyze risk information to identify emerging risks, update risk inventory, facilitate management's risk assessments,
