Install tools/upgrades to meet KLA specifications through conformance testing, according to procedures. Hold pre-installation meetings with the customer to review unique requirements and create appropriate action plans. Execute plans and validate deliverables with customer. Troubleshoot complex system issues using data analysis and problem solving methodology, and repair to KLA specifications and customer requirements. Manage project escalations with customer, and regional and factory resources to meet committed customer requirements. Document installation non-conformance issues. Perform installations and customer-focused applications testing to confirm operational quality of tools. Facilitate warranty signoff and regional handoff, and documentation of outstanding warranty deliverables. Achieve cycle time and cost targets through management of contributing factors, including parts usage, crosscharges, and escalation support. Manage customer satisfaction through all meetings from pre-installation through warranty meetings. Provide tool operation and maintenance training to install engineers, regional engineers, and customers. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout U.S. May telecommute. Salary range: $102,627.20 - $138,600 per year.

Job Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.
