Job Summary
Opportunity for Research Laboratory Specialist Senior to design, synthesize and develop novel small-molecule anticancer drugs. This position will perform structure-based design of novel anticancer drugs, design synthetic routes, perform the synthesis, purification, and characterization. In close collaborations with other scientists, will evaluate their anticancer activity. In addition this position will write scientific reports, manuscripts, patent applications and will make presentations internally and in national and international meetings.

Responsibilities*
Literature research, design novel anticancer agents, design synthetic routes
Perform synthesis of designed compounds and purification, structure characterization and analysis
Writing scientific reports, manuscripts, patent applications, making presentations internally and in national meetings
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 5 years related experience
Extensive knowledge in synthetic organic chemistry, strong verbal and written communication skills required
Desired Qualifications*
A PhD in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry
Extensive knowledge in drug discovery desirable.

Background Screening
