Actalent Manufacturing Engineer in Anna, Ohio

Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

Actalent is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer to support an Automotive OEM within Engine and Powertrain manufacturing. This role is hands-on and situated within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include leading, creating, and implementing innovative technical activities and solutions in Mass Production, Business Plan, and New Model areas to efficiently meet or exceed targets related to Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Key duties involve effective communication across all organizational levels, analyzing daily reports to identify and develop countermeasures for safety, quality, and delivery gaps, using data analysis and PDCA for problem-solving, monitoring equipment and processes, developing team capabilities, managing project implementations, and testing new technologies to enhance equipment and process efficiency.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • Manufacturing Equipment Experience

  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering (minimum 1 year or equivalent in CO-OPs)

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
