Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a Acquisition Professional Level 4 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area. TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
The ideal candidate will need to be experience with the follow below:
Experience using Agency's Tools: JIRA, CMIS, and etc.
Strong Communication Skills; Participating in working groups/meetings (Support Mission needs and way forward processes/strategy statements, documentation and etc.
Administrative duties (Ad hoc Duties: Meeting Minutes; when Gov't unable to attend, Actions and etc.)
Requisition Duties: Complete REQs (PARs, BERs, ASFs, PSCs). Assist Govt Mission with writing SOWs and etc.
Experience with PowerPoint/Excel: Create/Modify PowerPoint Presentations and update Spreadsheets
Requirements
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. No CCA's are being accepted at this time.
A Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD acquisition management, DoD contracting, or DoD contract management is required. In lieu of a degree, DAWIA Level II in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty-one (21) years may be substituted.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience writing pre-solicitation documents in compliance with DoD Agency's similarly guiding acquisition policy. Experience in DoD source selection desired. Minimum of three (3) years' experience guiding Major System Acquisition programs through the acquisition life cycle including preparation for multiple Milestone Decisions (Milestone Decisions A, B, IOC and/or FOC).
