Guidehouse Cloud Integration Technician in ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, Maryland

What You Will Do :

  • Support an enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation effort within the US Intelligence community.

  • Lead as part of a team that is responsible for the integration of the customer's legacy systems to Fusion HCM Cloud.

  • Support the consolidation of several customer legacy systems.

  • Solve challenging problems for the client/customer and provide innovative solutions.

What You Will Need :

  • ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET (TS)/SCI federal security clearance with FULLSCOPE (FS) Polygraph

  • FOURTEEN (14) years’ relevant experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

  • Five (5) years of integration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

  • What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience as a contractor in the Intelligence Community, working directly with customers

  • PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 functional experience (open to Rel 9.0 experience)

  • PeopleTools 8.5x to include App Designer, App Engine, Datamover scripting, and SQR

  • SQL/PLSQL

  • Oracle Database, Application Express (APEX), SQL Developer, SQL Data Modeler, and RESTful services

  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft HRMS integration architecture

  • Experience working with multiple Peoplesoft HRMS modules; experience working with multiple Fusion HCM Cloud modules

  • Experience with Fusion HCM Cloud

  • In lieu of PeopleSoft/HCM experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications

  • Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams.

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

  • Strong communication and effective collaboration with project team/Clients/Vendors.
