Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a CMP Level 2 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area. TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

The ideal candidate will need a s trong understanding of Excel to include pivot tables, large data sets, and VLOOKUPs. Needs to be familiar with Government processes to include Continuing Resolutions and Requisitions. Attention to detail - will have to coordinate with numerous programs providing funding to the contract

Requirements

• An active and current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required to be considered. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

• Eight (8) years of DoD, IC, or commercial experience in contract management or finance. In lieu of a degree, Contract Manager CPCM certification or DAWIA Level I in both Contracting and Program Management plus an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.

• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.

• Experience in tracking of programs/project/contract status in areas of cost, schedule and performance is required. Experience with award fee incentivized contracts required.

• Experience using Customer's financial management system and its interfaces (currently FACTS and CMIS) is preferred. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
