Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to be based in Annapolis, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical inquiries, maintaining system operations, and handling a variety of hardware and software applications. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, requiring you to be onsite five days a week and have your own transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to software and hardware issues

• Handle the configuration and deployment of various technologies such as Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies

• Work with the database systems to maintain and update customer records

• Utilize EO/IR systems for efficient operation and management

• Manage Active Directory services to maintain user access and security

• Provide support for Apple Devices and ensure they are in good working condition

• Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware as required

• Carry out Configuration Management tasks to ensure system stability

• Develop and implement deployment strategies for various software applications

• Perform background checks as needed to ensure the integrity and security of the system. Requirements • Proficient in Android Development

• Experience with Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies

• Expertise in Database Management

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Active Directory

• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Apple Devices

• Proficient in Computer Hardware
