Nvent Management Company Assembly Operator Lead in Anoka, Minnesota

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Support the day-to-day department goals by ensuring the assigned area goals are met through problem support and maintaining flow of the line. Communicate with a variety of resources to resolve problems and ensure uninterrupted production flow to assigned area(s). Coordinate employee training and staffing, and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned area team members. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or G.E.D 3 years production/manufacturing work experience. Previous Lead experience preferred. Computer experience with Windows Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards and the Internet. Ability to communicate job expectations to production staff and achieving desired results by monitoring, coaching, and enforcing policies and procedures. Ability to conduct operator training on standard work to include: work instructions, machine adjustments, product quality, company and value stream policies and procedures as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Knowledge of all operations of the assigned production process required.
