WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

• Supervise the complete service delivery lifecycle of data center infrastructure projects, ensuring detailed transition from sale to commissioning and final turnover to the customer

• Lead internal teams to coordinate the delivery of components, collaborating with service providers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Apply a strong technical background to verify the technical implementation of each project, ensuring all components and accessories are included and meet design specifications

• Work closely with sales teams to verify orders against customer requirements and set realistic expectations for delivery and implementation

• Complete the technical design documentation for each data center solution, verifying against engineering records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure all technical solutions and deliveries align with customer requirements and project specifications

• Travel 50% to 75% of the time, including international travel

YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years in a technical role related to engineering

• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and verify sophisticated engineering designs

• Technical proficiency in data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and mechanical systems

• Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software

• Experience engaging and coordinating with external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
