The Position: We\'re looking for a Portable Crushing Foreman responsible for assisting with all aspects of efficient crew management, overseeing aggregate processing production and equipment needs and repair, and reinforcement of continuous quality improvement in the area of aggregate processing. The Location: Projects will vary by location throughout the state, travel and overnight stays are required. The Candidate: Valid Driver\'s License and satisfactory driving record. A CDL is desired but not necessary. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. Must be punctual, dependable and have a high ethical standard for personal and business conduct. Must be self-directed and motivated; able to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities. Can be trusted with confidential information and observe anti-trust laws and regulations. Can work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed. Able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
