Job Title: Production Associate - 1st Shift

Job Description

As a Production Associate, your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate, legible records of cheese location and quantity, and ensuring compliance with all company Safety, HACCP and GMP policies. In the role emphasis of Wheel Production- Hooping, you will be tasked with filling cheese wheel molds with cheese curd using packing equipment, stacking wheels horizontally onto cheese presses, flipping 20 lb wheels in press to ensure proper wheel form, and cleaning and sanitizing the production area and equipment. You'll also be expected to palletize finished wheels and transfer cheese to other production areas using a forklift.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 480 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Antigo, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Our company is a food manufacturer, specifically cheese, so GMP's are highly enforced. You will be required to wear a Hair Net, Beard Net, Non-Slip Steel Toes, and full length pants. The work schedule is from 6am - 4pm, 4 days on, 3 days off.
