Our Administrative Services Coordinator will work completely in person and will be required to work in the Green Bay office three days each week and the Fox Cities office two days each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and coordinate administrative operations to the Green Bay and Fox Cities offices to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment

  • Approve expenses, manage and reconcile office accounts, coordinate meetings and intraoffice events, handle travel arrangements, deposit checks, order and restock supplies, manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain aesthetic appearance of the offices to ensure accurate brand perception and efficient use of resources

  • Act as point of contact for internal teams and vendors as needed

  • Assist with various onboarding and offboarding tasks and office equipment maintenance

  • Assist with sponsorship requests as needed (Registration, supply logo, work with marketing on ads, etc.)

  • Support overflow work and questions of other administrative staff, billers, and relationship executives

    Qualifications:

  • Three+ years of job-related experience with a high school education or less than three years of job-related experience with an Associate Degree

  • Experience in a professional services work environment

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize many projects simultaneously under pressure and time deadlines

  • Requires intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
