HOW YOU WILL DO IT Purpose Statement: The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of the Production Leads with an emphasis on product quality, on time delivery, and factory production efficiency. Additionally, the Production Supervisor is responsible to support the key business metrics, team member engagement and workplace safety. Key Job Accountabilities: Direct Production Lead activities emphasizing product quality, on-time delivery, and factory production efficiency while supporting key business metrics, general housekeeping, and workplace safety. Establish effective communication among all shift team members and functional teams to address production-related concerns, set manufacturing goals, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
