Description

Bethel Farms is looking for an Administrative Specialist for our Arcadia, Florida office. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting and providing administrative needs for the VP of Sales and Marketing. This individual will provide Bethel’s internal and external customers with excellent service and professional assistance.

Administrative Specialist Essential Duties:

• Support, assist, and work closely with the VP Sales and Marketing on projects.

• Assist in project management that are delegated by VP Sales and Marketing

• Follow up with teams regarding status and deadlines of projects.

• Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to team objectives.

• Manage and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Facilitate support in communication.

• Communicate to VP Sales and Marketing of needs and solutions of projects.

• Manage the creation of new products & swag including contacting vendors, researching materials, correspondence on new product projects etc.

• Ensure communication (both written and verbal) deadlines are met.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings.

• Provide VP Sales and Marketing notes from meetings

• Answer and transfer calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Assists with tradeshow planning and setup. Be proactive regarding the needs of upcoming events.

• Perform duties focusing on customer satisfaction and developing relationships with new and existing customers.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet and exceed both prospect and current customer satisfaction.

• Occasionally attend in-person customer meetings.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Administrative Specialist Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent 2 years of experience.

• Knowledge of internal/external customer service principles and practices.

• Relevant product knowledge.

• Must be able to multitask and be willing to assist other departments.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Highly Proficient computer skills

• Proficient in the use of office equipment.

Physical Demands of the position:

This position requires sitting down for extended periods, ability to read, hear, speak, concentrate, learn, think, and communicate verbally and in writing. Also, standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and twisting, as required in an office environment. Noise levels may vary, from office equipment to production line and warehouse levels.
