About the role: We have a great opportunity available for the newly created position on our Global Marketing Team of Senior Product Manager, Direct-to-Referrer and Direct-to-Patient marketing, who will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives impacting FARAPULSE referring physician and AF patient acceptance. The FARAPULSE Marketing Team represents a fast-growing, high priority product within Boston Scientific. This role will lead and amplify the Direct to Referring Physician and Patient campaigns, while partnering with field-based marketing. This individual will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team, translate insights into action, and identify solutions to complex problems.This person is an experienced marketer with therapy development or consumer experience for brands or technologies. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and executing marketing programs for the FARAPULSE Referrer & Patient Campaign through a variety of channels to build brand loyalty and increase adoption of the therapy Identify opportunities for market development and execute tactics, leveraging cross-functional teams to achieve team goals In partnership with creative marketing teams & agencies, create actionable, high impact sales tools & point of care resources that change referrer and patient mindset (leveraging behavior science) Have an agile mindset and leverage timely and actionable data to identify areas for optimization and innovation Developing close partnership with sales teams to extend the reach of the campaign through the field, identify local market opportunities to promote patient awareness and education, including patient advocacy or hospital marketing efforts Collaborate and align with marketing team counterparts to ensure strong connection to Direct to Patient and Referrer campaigns Drive clinical leadership by ensuring key messaging impact through the sales channel & local initiatives Establish strong relationships with key functions impacting marketing activities (Clinical, Medical Education, regulatory, legal, finance, external agency, etc.) Continuously measure the impact of marketing and field initiatives, generating early learnings, and driving continuous real time improvement across all initiatives Develop a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes to enhance programs and service offerings Prepare and present campaign results to various levels of the organization in an audience specific language with a focus on action-oriented decision-making Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of successful related business experience Pharmaceutical, medical device, CPG or other consumer-centric industry experience Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willing to travel up to 20% Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated success leading in a team environment Entrepreneurial spirit balanced with collaborative style and professional maturity Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, programs and changing priorities Requisition ID:584486 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
