About this role: As aSales Compensation Analyst - Anaplan Model Builderyou will play a key role in helping build, optimize, and scale critical sales compensation process and tools. This is a dynamic and exciting role with the ability to shape the direction of the department vision through your contributions. This will be a cross-functional role that provides an opportunity to collaborate across various business teams and functions within BSC including Sales Operations, Human Resources, IT and Divisional Sales Compensation teams developing strong relationships and streamlined collaboration. Your responsibilities will include: Partner closely with divisional compensation teams and the Sales Comp CoE team to build, optimize Anaplan solutions to support business needs Support existing Anaplan models and continually improve, add new capabilities, and provide error resolution on current models. Provide support in the long-term execution of Anaplan Roadmap for Boston Scientific and help in extension of areas of connected planning: Sales Incentive Compensation, Quota Setting, Territory Management/Optimization, Headcount planning and Compensation Modelling. Collaborate with IT partners, other applications, and Business units to help streamline and monitor data flows and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiencies. Enhance reporting capabilities to provide additional insights and analytics from data in existing models. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and establish effective and efficient processes on an ongoing basis. Provide training, share Anaplan Model Building best practices to help support to divisional compensation analysts so Anaplan can be used to full potential Appropriately communicate task status and manage project timelines/action items Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or closely related function. 2+ year Experience with Anaplan Model Building and/or Level 1 or higher Certification highly preferred. Experience with Sales Compensation and Commissions process. Ability to quickly learn new technology and deliver meaningful results. Strong math skills & business acumen with the ability to solve complex problems using a logic-based approach. Expert level Excel experience. Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure deliverables. Experience with reporting visualization tools like Tableau Experience working with Sales Compensation solutions like Anaplan, Callidus, Xactly Familiarity MS Access, Salesforce, SQL and other programming preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Curious mindset and takes an active interest in data accuracy. Can-do attitude with attention to detail and oriented to precision, accuracy, continuous learning, and development. Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization. Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature. Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced matrix environment, prioritize own work, and adhere to tight deadlines.
