C2 Senior Analyst with Active TS/SCI

CEXEC, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join a dynamic team of professionals supporting Global Command and Control Systems (C2) Policy and Development for the Joint Staff, located at the Pentagon (Arlington, VA). This position also requires regular interaction with external customers and Federal Agencies in accordance with Cpolicies and procedures, applicable laws, customer requirements and sound business acumen.

The C2 Senior Analyst will provide technical analysis and functional support to various C2-focused groups and Joint Staff leadership as well as analyze and transmit the intellectual content of scientific, technological, or other specialized information.

Responsibilities:

The Analyst performs a variety of functions and duties to include (but not limited to):

  • Analysis of subject content of the various documents and materials produced by the C2 community, OSD, Joint Staff and other organizations to develop response recommendations to leadership
  • Managing and facilitating all aspects of C2 system-related working groups and forums
  • Work with the Joint C2 community to develop and implement operational policy to support use and employment of C2 systems
  • Provide coordination and support to resolve Combatant Command and Service operational issues related to Joint C2 systems
  • Indexing and preparation of abstracts or extracts for senior leaders
  • Also included are duties and responsibilities involved in the direction, administration, or coordination of technical information services to include IT portal creation and management

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI
  • A minimum of five years' technical or functional experience with joint global C2 systems
  • A minimum of at least three years' experience on a senior level staff such as on the Joint Staff, SVC staff, COCOM or Supported SVC COCOM Component.
  • Four (4) years of successful and pertinent experience of such nature and level as to provide a knowledge of the basic principles, theories, practices, techniques, terminology and expressions of a discipline or subject matter; an understanding of the standard methods, procedures and techniques of research and analysis in the subject matter field; ability to acquire subject matter information about the field and related fields; some knowledge of literature resources in the field.
  • Graduate of COP Basic and COP Advance courses (preferred).

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.

Travel 0-5% (negligible)
