From operational leadership and planning to safety procedures, our Human Factors team provides the innovative approaches, tools, training, and guidance needed for our Network Operations employees to be the best in their area of responsibility, and aid in our mission to become the best airline in the history of aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Network Operations Training Programs

  • Support planning and execution of events to engage trainees

  • Provide overall administrative support to the Human Factors Training team, including administration, operations, media development, and technical support (mobile device distribution and management)

  • Assist with special projects, ad-hoc requests, and communications for ongoing Network Operations training programs

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Must be available to work 40 hours a week over the summer

  • Must be a current undergraduate student

  • Strong administrative and customer experience

  • Organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced operational environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic MS Office suite skills

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Exceptional skill-level and experience with entire MS Office suite

  • Education, Corporate Training, Human Resource/Development or Communications Majors
