Robert Half HRIS Manager in Arlington, Tennessee

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Manager in Stanton, Tennessee. The role involves overseeing the implementation and management of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Core Hr, Crystal Reports, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Hiring Processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and management of HRIS systems

• Responsible for the efficient and accurate onboarding of hourly employees

• Manage the use of ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for HR functions

• Utilize Ceridian and Core HR systems for HR management activities

• Generate reports using Crystal Reports to assist in decision-making processes

• Use the About Time system for efficient time management

• Oversee benefit functions and compensation administration to ensure fair and competitive compensation for all employees

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all HR activities

• Oversee hiring processes to attract and retain top talent. Requirements • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an HRIS Manager

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required

• Knowledge and experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary

• Must have experience with Ceridian software

• Familiarity with Core HR functions is essential

• Crystal Reports expertise is required

• Experience with About Time software is a plus

• Must be able to handle Benefit Functions efficiently

• Experience in Compensation Administration is necessary

• Must have a strong understanding of Compliance requirements in HR

• Proficiency in Hiring Processes is needed
