Assists with the planning and execution of the fall, spring, and summer orientation programs for incoming students. Oversee orientation curriculum development for transfer, veteran programs including schedule development, program logistics, and on-site coordination. Oversee extended orientation program called Maventure Camp. Supervises coordinator position..1Responsible for the development of freshman, transfer, veteran, and international orientation curriculum, including content, scheduling, campus collaborations, logistics, and day of program coordination, including the overnight program for freshman sessions.Supervise the coordinator of Marketing, Messaging, and Engagement.Responsible for the development of online orientation, virtual orientations, e-Learning orientation curriculum, including content, scheduling, campus collaborations, logistics, and day of program coordination.Supervise and manage the student Orientation executive team and Orientation team.Serve as Orientation and Maventure leadership team.Coordination of all NODA Regional Conference experience for New Maverick Orientation Student Orientation leasers, including the selection and supervision of NODA summer internship program.Additional duties as assigned..Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A combination of student affairs or higher education experience..Master's degree in Student Affairs or related field.Two (2) or more years working with college students.Experience working with new student orientation programs, international students or other student affairs-related areas.
