Looking for a new long term career? Randstad is working with a well-established client in the South Arlington area. This is a permanent maintenance role that would be a third shift Monday-Friday. Must have experience with working in a production style setting. Also working with 480V electrical is a must have as well. salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year

work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintaining proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, packaging and processing equipment, utility systems, and following all OSHA and facility-specific protocols (including LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.)

  • Perform the proper function of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, packaging and processing equipment, and utility systems

  • Successfully perform troubleshooting on Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and AC/DC drive systems

  • On call for emergency repairs in breakdown situations as necessary

  • Accurately read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

  • Perform preventative maintenance (i.e., conducting computerized preventative maintenance check-ups or reading SPC charts and data) as needed

  • Ensure proper function of the line manufacturing support systems (line/lube delivery, resin delivery, process systems, operational support.)

  • Accurately complete and document work orders promptly in CMMS to maintain high-quality standards
